Event Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all events organised by Plus Plus Plus Events Pty Ltd.
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are subject to availability.
A booking confirmation or ticket does not guarantee entry unless it is valid and has not been cancelled or transferred in breach of these terms.
2. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds may be considered if:
• The event is cancelled.
• The event is significantly relocated.
• The event is substantially changed.
Refund requests for postponed events will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the announced event policy.
Booking fees and transaction fees may not be refundable where permitted by law.
3. Event Changes
Plus Plus Plus Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to:
• Change advertised artists, performers or speakers.
• Alter event schedules.
• Change venue layouts.
• Modify event times.
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
4. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified using the contact details provided during purchase.
Refunds will be processed according to the ticketing platform’s procedures.
5. Entry Conditions
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
• Is intoxicated.
• Behaves aggressively or unlawfully.
• Possesses prohibited substances or weapons.
• Fails to comply with venue rules.
• Presents an invalid ticket.
No refund will be provided where entry is refused for these reasons.
6. Identification
Some events are strictly 18+.
Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented upon request.
Entry may be refused if suitable identification cannot be provided.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Alcohol will be served in accordance with Western Australian liquor licensing laws.
Management reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol.
8. Patron Conduct
Patrons must comply with all reasonable directions from event staff, security personnel and venue management.
Patrons may be removed without refund for inappropriate behaviour.
9. Photography and Recording
Professional photography and video recording may occur during events.
By entering the venue, you consent to your image being used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Personal photography may be restricted at certain events.
10. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
Plus Plus Plus Events Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where events are affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, industrial action or other unforeseen events.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plus Plus Plus Events Pty Ltd excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at an event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
